BBB Center for Character Ethics' future workforce programming has been designed to increase marketplace trust by providing practical character ethics and ethical habits training for educative serving our future workforce.
Middle and high school students write about what “laws” they believe are important to live by - principles such as courage, perseverance, forgiveness, and honesty. The best student essays from local Laws of Life Essay Contests in a BBB service area compete and are recognized and rewarded at a regional awards ceremony.
In Spring 2013 the Greater Arizona Center for Character Ethics awarded 10 essayists within central, northern and western Arizona. Check out the winning essays here.
“In Pursuit of Ethics” generates in-depth discussion of ethical issues with group audiences. It offers reenactment of real-life situations where the audience sets the direction of the program by making decisions for the characters. With five different scenarios, “In Pursuit of Ethics” addresses ethical dilemmas that anyone might encounter. It is not another boring speech - it is interactive! All options have consequences…and they aren’t always predictable!

BBB's Ethics Awards provide a great opportunity for students to experience firsthand the power of ethical business practices in the marketplace. With over 300 business professionals in attendance, hosted students can network and learn about companies that support BBB’s vision of building a marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust each other.
Companies hosting a student may also offer a tour of their facilities, sharing more in-depth the role ethics plays in their day-to-day operations. The BBB Business Ethics Awards will take place at:
